Telzino supports a range of integration methods that extend your AI phone agent’s capabilities. From calendar scheduling and medical records to embedding agents on your website and connecting to telephony systems, integrations let you tailor your agent to fit your business workflows. You can configure per-agent integrations from the Dashboard under Customers > [Organization] > [Agent] > Integrations. Account-level integrations such as API keys and email settings are managed under Account Settings.

Calendar Integrations

  • Google Calendar — Connect your Google account to enable real-time availability checking and appointment scheduling. Your agent can look up free/busy times, offer available slots to callers, and create calendar events automatically. Supports personal and shared calendars. Learn more
  • Outlook Calendar — Connect your Microsoft Outlook account for the same calendar scheduling and conflict-checking capabilities as Google Calendar, designed for organizations using Microsoft 365.

Medical

  • ModMed (Modernizing Medicine) — Connect to the ModMed EHR system for patient scheduling and practice management. This integration allows your agent to interact with your electronic health records to assist with appointment booking and patient inquiries.

Connectivity & Telephony

  • SIP Registration — Register your agent to an external PBX as a standard VoIP device. This allows your agent to send and receive calls on your existing telephony infrastructure using the SIP protocol, with support for SIP REFER-based call transfers. Learn more
  • Web Embed — Add your agent directly to any website with a simple script tag. Choose from three embed styles: an Inline Bar, a full Playground, or a floating Popup Widget. Customize colors and theme to match your brand. Configured per-agent under the Embed menu.

Automation & Extensibility

  • REST API — A fully featured API for managing agents, call logs, voices, metrics, and more programmatically. Supports machine-to-machine authentication via API keys created in Account Settings > API Keys. View the API Reference
  • Webhooks — Receive real-time HTTP callbacks when events occur (e.g., call completed, message received). Webhooks enable custom automations and integrations with any system that can receive HTTP requests. Learn more
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP) — Connect your agent to external MCP servers to extend its capabilities with custom tools, data sources, and actions during live conversations. Configured per-agent under Integrations.

Email

  • SendGrid SMTP — Configure a custom SendGrid integration for sending branded outbound emails from the platform, including notifications, invitations, and agent-triggered messages. Set your API key, sender address, and display name under Account Settings > Email Settings.
